At Rethink, we are more than just supervisors—we are passionate mentors, lifelong learners, and advocates for quality behavior analytic practice. Founded by Ally Weber, BCBA, our mission is rooted in the belief that supervision should not only meet requirements, but ignite a lasting love for learning and growth in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis.

We’re here to walk alongside future BCBAs as they build confidence, competence, and a deep understanding of what it means to serve others ethically and effectively. Through individualized mentorship, collaborative group discussions, and real-world application, we aim to inspire professionals who are just as committed to continued education as they are to compassionate care.

Meet the Team

  • Ally M.S.,

    Co-Owner and Clinical Director

    Outside of starting Rethink Behavior Solutions and overseeing the clinical direction of the company, Ally is the mother of three AMAZING little boys. Living quite literally on the top of a mountain, she enjoys learning a new way of life (let’s call it homesteaders in training), watching her boys run outside from sun up to sun down, and drinking a warm cup of coffee while the sun rises.

  • Robbie

    Co-Owner and CEO

    While Ally oversees the clinical side of the operation, Robbie is the expert behind keeping the doors open. If he isn’t talking to insurance companies or updating technology services, he is making the homestead dreams a reality. Robbie enjoys planning out the latest project for the homestead, making the boys laugh, and drinking coffee while the sun goes down.
